SIO-MPF (Bahrain)

The Social Insurance Organization (SIO) was established in 2008 to replace PFC and GOSI in the mandatory coverage of all Bahraini nationals. Military Pension Fund (MPF) covers all military personnel. Both institutions manage the country’s pension capital through wholly owned subsidiary Osool Asset Management (63% / 37%), which was launched in 2011 to provide independent investment advice. Osool maintains an extensive balanced portfolio of investments, diversified across sectors and geographies.
