The Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) was founded in 1991 as a statutory Government owned corporation (GOC). Today, QIC is a leading long-term alternatives investment manager, with a number of SWFs and PPFs among its clients, and half of the capital they manage come from the Government of Queensland. Its portfolio is divided into the QIC Global Infrastructure Fund (QGIF), Global Real Estate, Global Private Capital, Global Liquid Strategies, Global Multi-Asset (flagship QIC Growth Fund).
