Al Qassimi Group is the private investment vehicle of H.E. Sheikh Faisal bin Khalid Sultan Al Qassimi, a member of Sharjah's ruling family. It was established in the emirate in 1982 and run full-time from 1992, after the founder left senior government posts (Chairman of the Ruler's Office, Commander of the Royal Guard) to focus on the private sector. Structured as a diversified family holding, the Group both operates and invests across financial services, real estate, hospitality, aviation, media and trading. Its flagship assets include the Sharjah Gold Center and minority stakes in local banks and insurers, while the founder separately chairs Air Arabia, GIBCA, Grand Stores and United Arab Bank.
