Norges Bank is Norway's central bank, tasked with promoting economic stability in the country. Norges Bank also manages the Government Pension Fund Global (managed by NBIM) and the bank’s own foreign exchange reserves. The highest decision-making bodies of Norges Bank are the Executive Board, the Monetary Policy and Financial Stability Committee and the Supervisory Council.
