London CIV is one of eight UK LGPS (Local Government Pension Scheme) asset pooling companies and it was established in 2015. It oversees the investment of pensions assets for 32 London-based LGPS funds, including London Boroughs and City of London. As of March 31, 2023, London CIV held GBP 45 billion, equivalent to 60% of its funds' assets, GBP 75 billion. Roughly half of that capital is managed actively.
