Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor Sdn. Bhd. (KPRJ) is a state-owned strategic investment and development company, incorporated in 1995 and wholly owned by the State Government of Johor. As one of Johor's principal investment arms, it channels state resources into infrastructure, property development, engineering and construction, digital technology, sports, and asset management. KPRJ is a major stakeholder in the Iskandar Malaysia economic corridor, holding a roughly 20% stake in Iskandar Investment Berhad, and is also a shareholder in Iskandar Waterfront Holdings and Infra Desa (Johor). It operates through numerous wholly owned and associated companies serving the state's development agenda.
