KBW Investments / Ventures is the private investment platform of HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud, son of Kingdom Holding Company founder Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. It brings together two complementary arms: KBW Investments, a Dubai-based holding company established in 2013 with interests across construction, manufacturing and engineering — notably Italian crane manufacturer Raimondi and, through Arada, one of the UAE's fastest-growing master developers; and KBW Ventures, founded in 2014 as a global venture capital firm. Together they deploy next-generation Saudi royal-family capital into industrial assets and early-stage technology, with a pronounced tilt toward food security, sustainability and decarbonization.
