International Capital Trading (ICT) is a privately held Abu Dhabi investment and real estate development group founded in 2007, with assets estimated at around USD 5 billion. Part of the emirate's constellation of private, family-linked holdings, ICT owns, develops and manages a portfolio concentrated in the residential, retail, commercial and hospitality segments of the Abu Dhabi property market.
