Fujairah Holding LLC is an investment vehicle of the Emirate of Fujairah, the fourth-largest of the seven emirates of the UAE, established to diversify the emirate's economy beyond its traditional oil-storage and bunkering base. Inspired by the vision of Crown Prince H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, the holding builds and manages a diversified portfolio spanning oil and gas, hospitality, education, logistics, manufacturing and mining. Though modest in size relative to Abu Dhabi's giants, it has pursued high-profile international deals, notably an 11.4% stake and a 2023 takeover bid for Ghana-focused Asante Gold.
