The Fonds Mohammed VI pour l'Investissement (FM6I) is a Moroccan investment fund created by Law 76-20 in 2020 and operational since 2021 as a public limited company, headquartered in Rabat. Conceived amid the country's post-COVID recovery, it was seeded with 15 billion dirhams of public capital and aims to mobilize a further 30 billion from banks and institutional investors, targeting 120–150 billion dirhams of leveraged investment. FM6I acts largely as a fund-of-funds, deploying capital through thematic and sectoral vehicles run by external managers while co-investing directly in strategic infrastructure.
