Ethmar International Holding is the Abu Dhabi investment vehicle chaired by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, a son of UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed. Established in 2022 as a private joint stock company, it scaled rapidly through acquisitions, assembling over 50 subsidiaries across real estate, energy, financial services, technology, healthcare and tourism — including Lamar Residences, Nirvana Holding, BHM Capital and Arqaam Capital. Total assets rose from AED 78 million in 2022 to AED 2.2 billion by mid-2023. Since 2025 EIH has repositioned itself as an institutional investment house with a technology-led global mandate.
