Ajman Holding is a single-family investment and development holding company established in 2000 under the ownership and patronage of H.H. Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, ruler of the emirate of Ajman. It consolidates the emirate's large-scale infrastructure and investment projects across nine sectors, real estate, energy, media, retail, facility management, sports, automotive, technology and education, through a portfolio of wholly owned operating subsidiaries including Askaan (real estate), Masaar (media/tech), Gulf Petroleum (energy) and AJ Media. The group employs over 400 people and is run day-to-day by Managing Director Yahya Al Jasmi.
