Al Ain Holding (formerly Al Ain International Group) is a diversified private investment company established in 1996 by HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler's Representative in Abu Dhabi's Al Dhafra Region, who chairs its Board of Directors. Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, the group manages an estimated US$ 2 billion in assets spanning real estate, hospitality, education and agriculture, operating through wholly-owned subsidiaries Al Ain Properties, Al Ain Capital, Al Ain Hospitality Investments and Al Ain Educational Investments, alongside its affiliate Al Dahra Agriculture. Assets are concentrated in the UAE, with a smaller cluster of London properties.
