Investor profile

Agaciro Development Fund (AGDF) aims at supporting Rwanda in its journey towards sustainable socio-economic development. The fund is funded by Government contributions (90%), by the fund’s investment returns, and by contributions of Rwandans and NGOs – which the Government recently stopped accepting in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis. AGDF aims at maximizing its long-term return without undue risk, so as to reduce Rwanda’s debt burden and secure a better country for future generations.
