Alpha Dhabi Holding (ADH) is an Abu Dhabi investment holding company originally established in 2013 as Trojan Holding, before being restructured in 2021 when International Holding Company (IHC) acquired a 45% stake. It listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange the same year with US$ 2.7 billion of paid-in capital and has since grown into one of the UAE's largest listed conglomerates, with an equity portfolio value above US$ 58 billion. ADH operates through subsidiaries spanning construction, real estate, healthcare, energy, industrials, and hospitality, and sits within the broader IHC/Royal Group business network linked to Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
